The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) is requesting Qualification Statements from licensed professionals for services related to Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment(s) (ESA) and remediation estimates for properties associated with the Napa River/Napa Creek Flood Protection Project as well as various properties located throughout Napa County.
