Proposals are due on or before 12:00 pm (CST) on December 02, 2022. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on January 10, 2023. If the award recommendation is approved, the initial term of

this contract ("Contract") will be for one (1) year from February 01, 2023, through January 31, 2024. Thereafter, the District reserves the right to either renew the contract annually for up to four (4) additional one-year terms ("Renewal Terms") or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract. Please note this solicitation will be open to receive responses until December 02, 2022, however the District Purchasing Department will be out of office Monday, November 21st - Friday, November 25th. Any issues or concerns will be addressed upon our return to the office.Total estimated value of this contract is greater than $50,000 annually, depending on the District's needs over the contract period.
