1. SCOPEThe contractor shall supply and deliver one new boat, two motors and trailer to Lock and Dam 5A in Fountain City, WI.2. NEEDS DESCRIPTIONThe boat, motors and trailer will be used for dive team operations at the project sites. The vessel will provide:- Expedited travel between sites.- Expedited response time to emergency repairs at our lock and dam facilities.- Improved reliability and efficiency of dive team.3. SPECIFICATIONSThe boat shall be Oquawka Model 2472 flat bottom flat bow or equal by meeting or exceeding the following requirements:- Boat shall be at least 24' long, have a 98" beam, 30" high sides, and a 25" transom.- 4' Diamond Plate Weep Deck/Diamond Plate Floor- (4)-Lifting Rings/.190 Thick Aluminum Sides & Bottom- .125 Thick Diamond Plate Deck & Flooring- Side Mount Console W/Lockable Glove Box- 2' x 2' storage box with seat behind the steering console- Dual Hydraulic No Feed Back Steering System- A 2' tall, 3' long, and 16" deep Bulkhead Storage Compartment-

Removable Running Lights/6-Gang Fuse Panel/Switch- 1100 GPH Bilge Pump/Switch- 28-Gallon Permanent EPA Compliant Aluminum Fuel Tank/Tray/Fill & Vent/Fuel Bulb Assembly- Removable Aluminum Frame 8' Long X width Of Boat W/Custom hard top canopy with removable canvas sides- Removable Dual Engine Motor Guard- Removable Ladder W/(2)-Steps In Water- (2)-Davits (one (1) port and one (1) starboard) 4' X 4' W/2,500 lb. manual Winches W/Brakes/Galvanized Cables- (2)-Batteries- (2)-Battery Boxes- (2)-Trays- (2)-Strap Down KitsThe two motors shall be Suzuki 90 HP Outboard Engines (Installed) DF90ATX2 or equal by meeting or exceeding the following requirements:- Dual Binnacle Control- At least 90 HP each.- (2)-Main Wiring Harnesses- (4)-Cables- (2)-Tachometers- (2)-Hour Meters- (2)-Volt Meters- (2)-Trim Gauges- (2)-Fuel Filter Assemblies- (1)-Fuel Gauge- Dual Engine Tie Bar Kit- (2)-Stainless Steel PropsThe trailer shall be Oquawka Model 24720B steel painted tandem axle trailer or equal by meeting or exceeding the following requirements:- (2)-5,000 lb. Axles- LED Marine Lights- Plastic Bunk Boards & Side Guides- Hydraulic Brakes On Both Axles- Spare Tire & Mounting Bracket4. DELIVERY DUE DATEThe boat, motors and trailer shall be delivered on or before 01 March 2018.5. SHIPMENTThe price shall include the cost of transporting and unloading to the destination site.
