The intent of this bid is to secure an annual contract for Road Maintenance Materials for the Traffic & Transportation Department. Operating specifications and performance shall meet or exceed applicable Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction of Highways, Streets and Bridges".
