This project is a Small Business Reserve Program and is offering the opportunity for small businesses to become pre-qualified to bid on land surveying services for the Department. DGS undertakes a variety of real estate related projects throughout the Commonwealth. For each project where DGS determines that surveyor services are desirable, DGS will issue a request for quotes (RFQ) from qualified

firms. This initial request for applications will be followed by additional periodic requests closing one year from this initial request. PROJECT DOCUMENTS can be viewed in and downloaded from the project’s e-Builder solicitation file.
