Title Professional Auditing Services Description The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending 2022, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the four (4) subsequent fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), the provisions of the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide, as well as other federal, state and local requirements in effect now or placed in effect during the engagement.
