href="mailto:mdelira@westcovina.org">mdelira@westcovina.org Bids to Electronic submittal via Planet Bids ONLY Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of West Covina (City) is seeking proposals from highly qualified vendors with expert professional/technical website design, domain transition, development, migration, implementation, training, hosting, and maintenance/support capabilities for the City’s new website re-design project. This project may involve a migration to a new Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and includes a main site domain change to the City’s new (.gov) domain. The re-design of the website will emphasize sitemap organization and a new simplified content management structure. This effort will help re-brand, re-connect, and strengthen communications with the community by improving the website’s security and user-friendly (UX) features of the City’s main communication tools and functions. The selected vendor will work closely with the Economic Development Project Coordinator in re-designing the existing website and Information Technology Division to transition the website to a new (.gov) domain, including City staff for website administration training to simplify content management. In addition, the vendor will need to have the capability to migrate the existing website into the new hosting environment platform making it ADA compliant, more visually aesthetic, modern, and mobile friendly by the end of 2024 to meet the needs of the City of West Covina community.
