Information: Phone Number: 877-402-9757 Participant Code: 7094144 Section II The County’s intent is to award a one-time purchase order to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder (contingent upon the availability of grant funds allocated to SHO). The 3-day training course must be conducted on County’s premises on October 23, 2024 through October 25, 2024. Each training day must begin at 7:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM (inclusive of breaks and lunch period). Instructors are required to be on-site for each day of the training course. The training course must accommodate a maximum of thirty (30) student participants per training day. The training course must be facilitated by minimum of three (3) instructors per training day. Bid prices should be all-inclusive and account for all fees and applicable charges. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and the Declaration Submittal Form without Local Preference to be considered for an award.
