We will support the scores of county pantries through the MontCo Anti-Hunger Network (MAHN). The MAHN will obtain purchase requests from pantries and submit those orders to the County who will purchase the food through a variety of vendors. We are seeking vendors who can provide those goods and products. The County of Montgomery has committed $500,000.00 to support food hunger relief organizations within its borders. The County is looking to contract with one or more food providers to supply and deliver food these hunger relief organizations.
