The RCO-NCR is seeking information for potential sources to provide the Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) with a tool to identify career Marines who may develop into ineffective or counterproductive leaders by measuring the emotional intelligence of Marines, using a web-accessible test, with a full range of commercial features, that has been proven viable for classification decisions in other military contexts.
