No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is currently seeking sources for Janitorial Services.  The requirement is to provide Janitorial Services for both Indian Head and Stump

Neck, Maryland sites. The Contractor shall be provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, and equipment to provide Janitorial services for multiple buildings, multi-level buildings, trailers, and labs.This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code S201 and NAICS Code 561720.In responding to this Sources Sought Notice, respondents should provide the following information in the form of a two (2) page capabilities statement:• Past performance in providing the requested and/or similar services,• A description of the respondent's capabilities and ability of employees to obtain security clearances,• A description of the respondent’s ability to staff English speaking employees,• A description of the respondent's ability to clean over 467,000 square feet of space at multiple locations, while having project management on site for quality assistance,• Company size (please identify as either Large, Foreign, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone concern, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Small Business).All interested sources shall also provide the organization name, address, point of contact name, phone number, e-mail address, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code.All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than Thursday September 29th, 2022 at 2:00PM EDT to:1) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD)Attn: Michelle M.
