Apr 18, 2017 6:17 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Time and Materials Purchase Order in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Business.

AMENDMENT 0001
Question: Is there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or is a new requirement? If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number?
Answer: This is not a new requirement, however there is not a contractor currently performing these 'on an as needed basis' services because the previous purchase order expired on 4/15/17. That purchase order number was R14PX00305. The full-time facility operator is a Government employee.
