RFQ #2024-12 - Limited Scope Compatible Land Use Review

The City of Sugar Land is requesting Qualification Statements from engineering consulting firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the City with knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration Guidance and Recommendations regarding Land Use Compatibility Planning Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to select a firm/team to work with the City of Sugar Land to provide engineering and consulting services for the determination and recommendation of compatible land use for a single 65 acres parcel of property located in the vicinity of the Sugar Land Regional Airport. The study will require determination of average Day and Night Noise Levels (DNL) at geographical points located within the 65 acre parcel.
