Application and Technology Review, Assessment and Roadmap Project Description :Waypoint has been investigating opportunities to consolidate various Human Resources applications into a single solution in order to gain efficiencies such as improving data management, removal of redundant manual tasks, create real-time visibility into critical business operations and modernize operations, with the goal of improving decision making and improving human resources staff and hospital employee experience. As part of this process, it was decided to perform a larger, more comprehensive review of all corporate information systems currently in use at Waypoint, choosing to take an enterprise view. We anticipate this would lead to additional application consolidation opportunities, resulting in minimizing core systems &/or may identify an overarching Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that would fit our hospital’s needs and culture. We are interested in taking the time to explore the art of possibility and create a strategy for a wholesome application & technology modernization road
