Aviation Maintenance and Support Services for the Office of Secure Transportation

Due to a number of unforeseen delays with completing and posting a request for proposal solicitation package, and to alleviate a potentially critical break in service, the NNSA intends to issue a sole-source bridge contract for continued Aviation and Maintenance Support Services for the Office of Secure Transportation.  The period of performance for this bridge contract is anticipated to begin 1 June 2017 and continue for a 6-month period through 30 November 2017.  This contract will ensure the NNSA complies with the Federal Acquisition Regulation whereby competing the requirement using "full and open competition" procedures, vetting all prospective offerors, and ensuring best value for the government is obtained on the 5-year Aviation and Maintenance Support Services follow-on contract. This is a notice of contract action and is NOT a Request for Proposals (RFP) and proposals should NOT be submitted.Contact Information: Sandra A.
