Can you please confirm that the Switchyard Crane, the Plant Bridge Crane and the Draft tube Crane shall be entirely painted.Answer 1: We require all the cranes painted (roadway, switchyard, plant bridge and draft tube crane).Question 2: Can you please extend the due date for quotes?Answer: The RFQ has been extended to 4:30pm MDT Wednesday, April 22, 2020.The purpose of this amendment is to post the question and answer received against this solicitation:Question: Regarding the 1 Ton, it is noted that there are some high voltage electrical lines in the background.  Are these lines close enough to the crane that will affect anyone's safety?Answer: The crane itself is approximately 12 feet high

the energized bus is about 30 feet from the top of the crane but we would definitely place an outage on the line to do this work.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number is 20205201037 and is being issued as a request for quotation.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, January 15, 2020.This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $8 million.The Government is seeking quotes to provide inspection, maintenance and repair services to the roadway, bridge, draft tube, and switchyard cranes to meet power plant operations and maintenance requirements.  The project is located at the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Falcon Power Plant location at FM2098, 1 Reservoir Rd., Falcon Heights, Texas 78545.The attachments to this solicitation include: Performance Work Statement (PWS); Respective Drawings; SCA Wage Determination No. 2015-5309, Rev.
