This solicitation will seek to establish contracts with multiple qualified bidders that will result in a pool from which the AISD campuses and departments can solicit quotes throughout the contract term. This is a continuous opportunity solicitation, meaning that it will be open through December 15, 2022. AISD reserves the right to shorten this date. During this period, proposals will be evaluated periodically and either awarded or non-awarded. The solicitation will be closed at times in Bonfire in order to download proposals for

evaluation. A list of awarded proposers will be posted in Bonfire after the May 19, 2022 Board meeting, and periodically thereafter.
