October 4, 2021 ADDENDUM #1 to the University of Florida ITN2021-102 Reitz Union Suite G-450 ITN previously scheduled to be opened on July 9th, 2021, at 5pm at the University of Florida Office of Real Estate, Gainesville, FL. This Addendum shall be considered part of the Contract Documents for the above mentioned ITN2021-102 as though it had been issued at the same time and incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following

supplementary data differ from those of the original document, this addendum shall govern and take precedence. All other terms, conditions, and regulations will apply.This addendum consists of: • Revised “A. Special Conditions” detailed below:o Section 2, Proposal Delivery: Proposals must be received on or before November 19, 2021 at 5:00PM EST.o Section 4, Inquiries: Any inquiries must be received by 5:00 PM, EST on November 5, 2021.• Revised “B. Specific Requirements” detailed below:o Timing: Occupancy is desired by January 1, 2022.o Mandatory Space Tour Date: Interested parties are encouraged but not required to attend the space tour scheduled on November 3rd, 2021 at 1:30 PM EST.
