The station will have three pull-through apparatus bays with overhead entry doors and bi-fold exit doors with metal security gates on the roll-up entry doors. The station will include 100% generator backup and a fueling station on site. The project scope includes a 12,000 SF building, ten sleeping quarters for nine firefighters and one officer, and a secured lighted parking area. Firms interested shall log in or create an account to log in to the City's eProcurment system (Ionwave) and complete
