RFP for Center for Visual Performing Arts (CVPA

THIS IS A RE-BID.  Questions were submitted on the previous RFP.  Answers could not be provided before the RFP closed.  The previous RFP will remain sealed.  Any vendors that responded will need to respond to RFP 22-56.
 

AISD is requesting proposals for event parking services at the Center for Visual Performing Arts (CVPA) and Athletics Center located at 
900 E Sanford St, Arlington, TX 76011.  AISD will request the event parking permit with the City of Arlington.
 
**All AISD events take precedence at the CVPA.  Event parking is NOT available if an AISD event is scheduled at CVPA for the same date/time.**
**NO TAILGATING on AISD Property**
**All AISD policies, City of Arlington event parking rules must be followed**
**AISD Security Department will provide an officer(s) during the event**
 
AISD proposes to exclusively use an external card swipe processor (Square, Stripe, etc.), to ensure transactions are as contactless as possible. This will be advertised and promoted as such.  eTix will be used to presell parking; they have provided us with scanners for the QR code.
