Reservoir Park Renovations Category:City of Lawrence Bids CITY OF LAWRENCE INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Lawrence's Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for the Reservoir Park Renovation project in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Lawrence, Weston & Sampson, and CSI Engineering. Sealed Bids, marked SEALED BID- RESERVOIR PARK RENOVATIONS will be received until 2:00 p.m. December 22, 2022 at City Council Chambers at Lawrence City Hall, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840 , at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes: Installation of asphalt courts, concrete bleacher, electrical, drainage, landscaping, and site amenities. A non-mandatory site walk is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. December 9, 2022. Interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to visit the site and submit questions to the city.
