This will be a competitively negotiated contract. The services requested will be fully funded by local funds. The specifications along with the evaluation criteria and all other requirements are being prepared and shall be made available on March 27, 2024. The solicitation and bidding periods shall continue for more than 30 days

or for a minimum of 15 days as determined by the Procurement Officer. The specifications will also be made available on PalauGovs website https://www.palaugov.pw/rfp-bids/.
