Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) VISN19 is seeking information for a Preventative maintenance contract coverage for 6 sites for the Parata TCGRx system: VA Oklahoma City Healthcare system (OKL), Sheridan VA Medical Center (SHE), Eastern Colorado-Rocky Mountain Regional Healthcare system (ECH), Salt Lake City VA Medical Center (SLC), and Cheyenne VA Medical Center (CHY). Contractor is required to provide full service, maintenance, and repair on the ATP prescription dispensing stations, extra lower packaging units, and all pill packaging components at the 6 sites The requirement is to provide full service, maintenance, and repair on the ATP prescription dispensing stations, extra lower packaging units, and all pill packaging components at the. The interface is solely maintained by the Parata TCGRx, system, and the information is transferred between the pharmacy information system to an ATP2 device. the ATP2 will track the movements between the
pharmacy information system to an ATP2 prescription dispensing stations at each of the various six VA Medical Centers (VAMC) sites. This procurement will be to acquire a service maintenance agreement or warranty coverage, on the Parata TCGRx, system, and the Pill Packaging System ATP2, that currently exist at the VAMCs; to include Software Support and Preventative Maintenance.
