In addition to the primary contract, the City may elect to award supplemental contracts that will be utilized if the primary vendor is unable to provide the needed material or unable to provide the material in a timely manner. It is the desire of the City of Foley to have material delivered to the job site; however, there may be occasions when it is necessary to pick up material, therefore, travel distance will be taken into consideration when making award of this bid.
