Please review DRAFT Solicitation (Sections L, M and the SOW), RFP-20-R-00003. Provide ONLY questions and comments on the information provided. This is NOT an official Request For Proposal (RFP). Do NOT submit proposals in response to this DRAFT. The attachments listed in sections L and M will be provided when the official RFP is posted. Feedback provided will be reviewed and used in order to finalize the official RFP scheduled to release later this Fiscal Year.
