The City of Hays is accepting written proposals to provide Engineering Services related to the design of repairs to the Main Street Bridge over Big Creek in Hays, KS.The Main Street Bridge is a 226 foot, 3-span continuous steel riveted haunched plate girder structure built in 1935.
