This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached for offerors to return.This notice constitutes as Solicitation 1204T018Q0039 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation.  Quotes are being solicited from Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 562910 and the small business size standard for that code is $20.5 million average receipts over the past three years.DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall remove and dispose of all asbestos containing materials (ACM) identified in the summary reports. This includes two separate trailer buildings within approximately 100 feet of each other at the Blodgett Work Center, 1495 NE Blodgett Rd., Yachats, Oregon. One trailer is a single-wide, referred to as the
