The successful bidder is required to provide staffing for the facility as well as transportation of designated household hazardous wastes from the site to a collection point where it will be sent for final disposal. Bidders are required to possess a valid Certificate of Approval for a Transfer Station and Transportation of Waste Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Waste in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
