firms to provide grant writing and grant administration services related to the
County’s proposed application to the Florida Small Cities Community Development
Block Grant starting with fiscal year 2019-2020 application year.
  The County desires to apply to the Department
of Economic Opportunity (DEO) for $750,000 in grant funding in Housing
Rehabilitation (HR), Neighborhood Revitalization (NR), and/or Commercial
Revitalization (CR) and up to $1,500,000 in grant funding in Economic
Development (ED).
