This RFP is being issued by the Purchaser(s) to obtain Proposals for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Training and Support of CT Scanner Equipment from Proponent(s) (the “Deliverables”). SSW is representing the Purchaser(s) as its Bid Administrator, as further defined in ARTICLE 3 - RFP PROCEDURES, and any rights or obligations of SSW enumerated herein will be exercised on the Purchaser(s)’s behalf and in the Purchaser(s)’s best interests.
