The County of Orange, John Wayne Airport (JWA)/Purchasing Division, hereinafter referred to as “County” is requesting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as “Bidders” to establish an annual contract for:

Art Handling Services
The awarded contract, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” shall be a fixed price Contract between County and awarded Bidder(s), hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” for the above project.  Services provided by Contractor shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work requirements attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment A. 


Questions/requests for

interpretation must be submitted through the Online Bidding System (formerly BidSync) by Thursday, April 8, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.

Non-Mandatory job walk: Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.   (RSVP to Maria Albelo at
malbelo@ocair.com )


Bids are due by Wednesday, April 14, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. (PST)

Bidders/Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by signing and submitting with their responses. 
Failure to provide this Addendum may cause your response to be deemed non-responsive.
