Oil/Water Separator Services at Harper's Ferry Nat

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, permits, licenses, and any other items and/or services necessary to perform all operations involved in the maintenance/inspection of the oil/water separator, to include waste pumping and disposal, surveillance, cleaning, keeping and providing required records, and emergency service. The Contractor shall clean all grease traps, sand traps, interior trench drains and pump septic/holding tanks located at the bus garage. The contractor shall dispose of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste to approved disposal/ recycling facilities. All work shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and the terms and conditions of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to effectively, and efficiently accomplish the requirements of this PWS in a timely manner in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work
