SCOPE: As outlined in the solicitation package, furnish Theater Lighting Equipment and Materials as specified.
SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation Documents
will be available beginning Monday, November 16, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. (PST):
Pick-Up: Service Center Reception Desk, Windmill Library and Service Center, 7060 W. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Email: Request documents by sending an email to
PURCHASING@LVCCLD.ORG. Provide RFP number, company name, address, contact person, email address, and phone number.
RESPONSES: Responses will be accepted
at the Service Center Reception Desk, 2
nd floor of the Windmill Library and Service Center, 7060 W. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113, on or before Friday, December 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (PST), based on the time-stamp at the Service Center Reception Desk. Bid Proposals time-stamped after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will be rejected. Bid proposals will be opened immediately thereafter and all interested parties are invited to attend the opening.
