50686 Proposal to Amend a Lease at the Yakutat Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area of Lease ADA-50686, Lot 1, Block 5, to consist of approximately 1,600 square feet, at Yakutat Airport, to expire July 1, 2024.  Applicant:  The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC.  Monthly rent:  $675.  Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – Communications tower and building for communications tower equipment storage.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., July 1, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Sharyn Augustine, Statewide Aviation Leasing, PO Box 112505, Juneau, AK 99811-2505, phone (907) 465-6893 or fax (907) 465-1395 or email sharyn.augustine@alaska.gov. Anyone needing hearing impaired accommodation may call TDD (907) 451-2363.
