Dell Optiplex Micro Form Factor DesktopsPUR-RFB2021.04.10032Closing Date:05/20/2021 12:00:00 PM PTDetail: Solicitation Overview   The City of San José is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Dell Optiplex micro form factor desktops.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The solicitation respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications.  Respondents who fail to meet the minimum qualifications will be considered non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration. Vendors must be authorized Dell Optiplex resellers.  Vendors shall provide documentation demonstrating this with their bid responses.  All equipment or warranties must be new and eligible for sale in the United States. FREIGHT/SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS: Freight and/or shipping charges shall be at no cost to the City “FOB Destination prepaid" unless otherwise specified in this solicitation.    SALES TAX:  Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response.  The City will work with the selected vendor to establish
