Quotes The Department of Air Quality intends to purchase AQ Mesh monitors and will award to vendors who meet minimum qualifications.

MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.


EVALUATION AND AWARD Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple

vendors.


COMMUNICATION All questions must be submitted through BidSync ONLY by the date and time listed in the bid.

  Description:
This Invitation for Quote is intended to award a (several) responsible and responsive vendor(s) the ability to provide for purchase, repair and calibration of AQ Mesh Air Monitoring equipment.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
 
All products provided by Vendor shall be subject to inspection and approval by requesting County agency.
 

The requesting County agency requires for purchase AQ Mesh air monitoring equipment, parts, repair services and calibration as needed for AQ Mesh air monitoring equipment.

 
Vendor will supply a price listing stating costs of new equipment, all repair parts, hourly service rates for repairs and rates for calibration services.
 

All vendors will provide documentation of calibrations to include parameters within the laboratories under which the test equipment was calibrated
