RFP - Climate Action Plan Project Description :The project is to complete a Climate Action Plan that includes both corporate and community climate change mitigation and adaptation actions for the Village of Cumberland. In addition, the project includes completion of an electric vehicle fleet policy. The Climate Action Plan will include GHG emission reduction targets relative to 2007 emissions for 2030, 2040 and 2050, meeting or exceeding the provincially legislated reduction targets, as well as policies and actions to guide the Village’s efforts on climate change mitigation and adaptation to 2050.
