The Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa (the Court) invites bids from qualified vendors to supply Microsoft Enterprise License Renewal.

The Court's current license for Microsoft Enterprise expires on May 31, 2020. Funds are budgeted for Microsoft Enterprise License, its renewal and true-up requirements every year.

Detailed Scope of Supply (the ‘Supply’) is given at Exhibit 1 Cost Bid.

One of the required minimum qualifications of a responsible bidder for submitting a responsive bid is bidder must be a current licensed authorized reseller of Microsoft Enterprise License or have a better partner relationship with Microsoft Corporation.
