Construction- B1319 Corridor Renovations

This is a pre-solicitation notice issued pursuant to FAR 5.201. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract on a competitive basis using FAR Part 15 Procedures. NUWCDIVNPT has a requirement for the renovation of B1319 Corridors, the work includes the demolition, including the removal of flooring, kitchen cabinets, sinks, and the installation of new flooring, kitchen cabinets, the application of new paint, and incidental related work per attached Specification and Drawings. The onsite supervision will require one (1) qualified individuals serving the roles of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer. Per FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bonds and insurance will be required.This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT
