FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the College Station Independent School District (“College Station ISD”, “CSISD” or "District") is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified firms (“Vendor”, “Proposer”, or “Contractor”) to provide Financial Advisory Services to be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications established herein. Vendor responses (“Proposals” or “Offers”) shall be submitted electronically through the District’s e-Sourcing system (the “System”). To participate, interested firms must first register online to receive a login username and password. The District’s System may be accessed by clicking on the following link: https://collegestationisd.ionwave.net/Login.aspx All questions must be submitted on the "Questions" tab within the online bid. All solicitation documents and any applicable addenda will be made available through this System only. If

you require assistance with the online registration process, please contact Purchasing Department at 979-764-5408. Any additions, deletions, modifications, or changes made to this Solicitation shall be processed through an Addendum, which will be posted and distributed to all participating Proposers through the District’s e-Sourcing system. It shall be the sole responsibility of each Proposer to ensure review of all Addenda issued in connection to this Solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. The District’s sole point of contact for questions regarding this solicitation is listed below. Unless otherwise indicated, any communication regarding this solicitation, including requests for clarification, must be submitted via the "Questions Tab". Vendors experiencing technical difficulties are directed to call 979-764-5408 for assistance. Deadline for question submittal is October 5, 2022 at 4 PM. CSISD is accepting responses from vendors for the specifications and terms and conditions communicated in the attached solicitation. CSISD reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive technical defects in responses, and select the response that is deemed most advantageous to the District.
