ISO Storage Container

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for an ISO storage container. The NAICS code is 332439 and the business size is 500 employees.The proposed purchase order is being solicited on the basis of a small business set-aside. The proposed action is for an ISO container, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one compliant product pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government.
