Solicitation Description: The Office of the Governor seeks written proposals from qualified Respondents in accordance with the specifications and deliverables contained in this RFP for access to a CRM. The CRM will primarily be used by CCOM to receive, record, respond to, and retain letters, phone calls, faxes, webmails, and other means of communication directed to the Office from the public. CCOM currently utilizes an in-house CRM: the Correspondence Tracking System (“CTS”), which is a legacy system that does not have the capability to take advantage
of more recent technological advances related to file sorting, searching, conversion, tracking, analytics, and workflow-streamlining processes. To take advantage of these technological advances, to modernize CCOM’s processes, and to enhance the efficiency, precision, and speed with which CCOM responds to constituent communications, the Office seeks a new CRM.
