The selected Offeror must maintain the current NCCHC and ACA accreditations. Failure to maintain the current accreditations shall be grounds for termination without further notice or right to cure. This RFP is intended to allow Offerors to make the

best use of any of their already developed systems while being innovative and creative in their approach to meeting the RFP requirements.
