INVITATION TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals For # 24-11 Competitive Contracting Request For Proposals, for HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES FOR THE CAMDEN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, will be received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Courthouse – 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102 on Tuesday April 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee. Copies of the proposal documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/ Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference on Friday March 22, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the DiPiero Center, 7th Floor Conference Room, 512 Lakeland Road,

Blackwood, NJ 08012. It is recommended that each proposal be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand- delivered, proposals must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is M-F 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Further submission instructions are found in the CCRFP document. Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.
