Added:Nov 09, 2017 8:43 am Statement of Work (SOW)The contractor shall provide a certified court reporter for an EEO hearing located at the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building, 477 Michigan Ave., Detroit, Michigan on November 15th-17th, 2017 from 9:30am to 6:00pm and on December 4th, 2017 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The certified court reporter will be contacted prior to the hearing dates to confirm start time.The court reporter shall not be an employee of the agency unless previously authorized by the EEOC.A valid certified court reporter certificate shall be required.The certified court reporter shall take a verbatim transcript of the hearing and provide one (1) original transcript with exhibits and three (3) mini-copies of the transcript, each with exhibits. The certified court reporter shall also provide an electronic version of the transcript with exhibits on a CD. The electronic version of the transcript shall be in Amicus or Summation Format. The preferred type is an ASCII file.The court reporter shall deliver the original, three (3) mini-copies, and the CD within ten (10) calendar days after the close of the hearing via UPS or
