Spinal Cord Stimulator Implants

This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Nevro spinal cord stimulator implants for cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal cord stimulation and interventional pain management procedures for Tripler Army Medical Center.The establishment of any BPA does not guarantee any BPA calls or orders. In the event that the Government has a need for items listed under the BPA, the Government shall place calls (orders) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as the need for supplies occur. The period of performance will be about 1 Oct 2018 through 30 Sep 2023 (60 months) or until the maximum value is reached, whichever is earlier.
