Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), is seeking to purchase a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer. The system/equipment/services offered must meet or exceed the specifications/description in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions. Non-manufacturer distributors must provide proof they are an authorized distributor of the equipment they are quoting.
