This should include development and support of a customer web portal that can be accessed online and through mobile devices where customers can submit and track requests. The portal should allow customers to view historical submissions. In addition, customers should have the capability to submit requests anonymously without creating a log in. As part of this project, the City is seeking a platform that includes a customizable and interactive knowledge base for self-service 24-hour support to customers, agents and department personnel.
