This initiative named the Integrated Information Infrastructure (3i) project is intended to replace the existing systems with a state of art information platform, which integrates business processes with standardized clinical workflows and deep analytical capabilities. The University is seeking information about strategies and approaches that lead to successful Epic enterprise system implementations at academic health systems.

Specifically, the University is seeking input on how to most effectively utilize consulting firms for this project and how to integrate these consultants with our own internal teams. Information provided should be based on experience with other Epic implementation projects at academic health systems, ideally with organizations utilizing an Epic hosted model.
