Aging Services Notice - Request for Proposal SFY 2021 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2024) The Three Rivers Regional Commission / Area Agency on Aging is accepting contractor bids for the provision of senior services including senior center/wellness/nutrition services, Alzheimer’s adult day care, homemaker, personal care, respite in-home, and Elder Legal Assistance Program services. The Three Rivers Area Agency on Aging plans, coordinates, and administers programs for older adults, persons with disabilities, grandparents raising grandchildren, and caregivers. The service area includes the following counties: Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson Counties.
